This place is delicious. Very clean and nice on the inside. Friendly staff. Portions were great on the family style meals. Could definitely serve up to four with the addition of appetizers or sides. Flavor was great. Sweet fried buns delicious.

We ordered the crab rangoon and egg roll a spring roll the Walnut Chicken with fried rice and Mongolian beef with fried rice. For drinks we got the taro smoothie and honey dew jasmine green tea. The food was great! Everything we had you can tell was made in house and to order. The crab rangoon you can tell is made in house. Even the sweet and sour sauce was made in house. The Walnut chicken was tender and juicy. The sauce was slightly citrusy to cut the creaminess. The Mongolian beef was very flavorful and melted in your mouth. This has been some of the best Chinese food we have ever eaten. The atmosphere is modern and very clean. The service was prompt and quick to get everything out. We will definitely be coming back again.

Best Chinese food I've ever had! The food was fresh, full of flavor, and more authentic than anywhere else in the area. I am a vegetarian and I always order tofu. Unfortunately, most places give me very old tofu. This place was fresh! And my bf, who does eat meat, loved his dishes. We had given up on all Chinese restaurants around because of how terrible the food was. But not we found our place! 10/10 Thanks for the great food.

Ordered through dd pickup for my 1st time and I am definitely going to be a regular! Food was delicious and fresh. My son ordered shrimp lo mein he's 13 and he loved it. The atmosphere walking In it smelled fresh and really good, it was clean and nothing like you'd expect from the Plaza. This place is a hidden gem. Can't wait to go for dine in as the dining area looked spacious and warm.

Just tried this place for the first time and it was awesome! So many vegetarian options. The sesame tofu was the best tofu I've ever had! The vegetables were fresh and delicious. Serving sizes were very generous! Definitely will go back!!

One of my favorite Chinese restaurants in Middletown. The folks here are very nice. Great atmosphere and food Is good. The crab rangoons my favorite.

I dined here with my wife and grandmother on Christmas day. This was our first time at Hunan Bistro, and it did not disappoint! I had the Szechuan tofu, my wife had fried rice, and my grandmother had the sweet and sour chicken. I've been trying to add more protein to my vegetarian diet, and the tofu selection at the Hunan Bistro is extensive. The portion size was generous, the presentation was nice, and the flavor was off the charts. I enjoyed everything about my meal, including the spring roll appetizer. The service was great. Our server made sure our drinks were full and we had all that we needed throughout the dining experience. Since it was Christmas day, they offered complimentary cake to all of their dine in guests. Like the rest of the meal, it was excellent! Thank you Hunan Bistro for serving as such a wonderful meal on Christmas Day. It was a memorable experience, and I can't wait to return!

Wide open space. Love the hearty portions, Usually Chinese is watered down, this place has it going on! Moo Goo Gai Pan is a must!
